Royal nightmare!
Most pathetic company i have ever dealt with!!! Insured wid them for a few years now. Son had a small fender bender with my car. Its been 2 weeks now and the only communication i received was 2 emails. One saying car delivered safely and the other saying car being assessed. U call and their staff are clueless. The questions they ask wen u submit the claim is as if u r a *****!!!! They have no concern abt u or the vehicle! Questions like "does my sons girlfriend live with me???? Sent a mail to their retentions dept and not even a response yet when they "decreased" my policy they were insistent on me posting a positive review on HelloPeter!
