I called in today to update my insurance details, I was assisted by Sharold Maphori, what an absolute pleasure it was speaking to her. She was friendly, made and took a joke or two. She's the kind of person you want to hear on the other side of the call when you call customer care, I felt really cared for and my day was indeed royal.
