Royal but not so Loyal.

I have been a loyal king price customer since 2020. We have insured all 3 vehicles and household with this so called Royal insurance. But wait until you claim!!...You get interrogated and have accident reconstruction, bank statements..list goes on.... Unfortunately we had an accident and the cliam was rejected...due to we didn't take care to minimise the loss. Be very wary of this clause...Claims department just sends a rejection letter with no call explaining the rejection. We are not happy with outcome and sinced logged with ombudsman.
