Ronald Botes went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations during the claims process
Ronald Botes went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations during the claims process. Although the process for the first claim was delayed at first, once he got involved it was resolved rapidly and to my complete satisfaction. He then dealt with a second possible claim (which I mentioned during our conversation about the first claim) even more efficiently.
