Worse claims experience ever. The agent Ronald Botes who I believe was supposed to assist me failed to communicate with me throughout my claim process.I kept on running after him, mind you the claim was last month (Nov) beginning. To my surprise today My claim was closed on the 23rd Nov and that was not communicated to me. I was made aware that the claim was closed today when I wanted to cancel the insurance. Whats worse is still thereafter 23rd l kept on communicating with Ronald, he asked me to sign docs and l handed what I could provide at that time and he still did not disclose to me that the claim was closed. Where's TCF? Why would I run up n down for a claim which is closed and the reason was not communicated with me.
