Roadside assistance

Not happy, at all, with the service. I experienced a mechanical problem and called roadside assistance they responded. As I was waiting on the the tow truck I decided to confirm where I'll be sleeping since I could not drive any further and my intended destination was just below 500km away. I was stuck in Richmond enroute to Pretoria, because the workshops are closed the car will be parked by the company that king price dispatched that ls from Colesberg. Tomorrow morning were going to Bloemfontein to the workshop. None of us know how long it will take to get my car fixed here I was told by Dudley that I must pay for the accommodation and keep the receipt they will reimburse me...that's not what the policy says. It says that I am Covered. He also told me that they only cover for one incident up to R500 even if it will take 5 days for my car to be serviceable...that's absurd!! Poor advertising. Right now it feels and look like moving to King Price was a bad decision
