Road side assistance non-existent

I logged a road side assistance case at 1:25am in pretoria menlyn. i had to call the emergency center every 30 min untill 3 am because no one was showing up. The 3rd party respondent (europ assist) was un reachable, number unavailable. I received help from strangers instead. This is the second time i received terribpe service with king price roadside assist. Would not recommend in emergencies.
