Ripping you off!!!
These guys decided to increase the monthly payments for my policy by 30%. I emailed them stating that they need to fix this as I have not had any changes to my policy, any claims or any other reason that would justify them increasing the monthly payments by 30%. I also told them that I will only communicate with them via email and they refuse to communicate via email.
For your own sake do not open a policy at King Price because they randomly increase the cost by a ridiculous amount they also refuse to communicate via the platform the client wants to communicate through. I can only guess that they did something they were not supposed to and are afraid of putting something in writing that will incriminate themselves on an email.
As with most insurers policy changes and amendments are done on a recorded line hence the contact attempts. Our retentions department has emailed you as well to advise why a call on a recorded line is necessary as it is a prerequisite by the FSCA. Please also provide the proof that the FSCA only accepts phone recordings since this seems to be your ridiculous excuse for not emailing me!
