Ridiculous service from King Price to say the least.

My vehicle was involved in an accident on the 3rd of March 2024. I submitted my first claim ever in my life. I have been insured by Kind Price for 7 years now. To date, there is no progress on my claim. When I log in to the King Price app, it is stuck at Towing which means that my vehicle is still at the accident scene and has not been towed yet. The next step is the assessment of my vehicle which has not happened yet and it is 2 weeks after the accident.

I also requested them to phone me back several times, but that never happened. I requested them to phone me back more than an hour ago, but still have not received a phone call from them.

My vehicle is written off and I do not understand why they are dragging the process. In the meantime, I have to pay for the insurance on that vehicle that is written off.

I have another vehicle with King Price, but once this has been finalized, I'm finding myself another insurance company.

Ridiculous service to say the least.
