Ridiculous Policy Increase....Disappointed

I am greatly disappointed with King Price today. After being a loyal client of King Price for years now I receive a policy increase of 25%. I phoned for an review and my policy is still increased with 18%. An overall increase of 18% is totally unacceptable, especially in the current economic situation. My one vehicle increased with 24%!!

After informing the senior manager that I have been loyal to King Price for many years but with an unacceptable increase of 18% I will now have to look at alternative options at other insurance companies, I am just informed that there is nothing further you can do.

This is not the service I am used to at King Price and I am just wondering how many of your loyal clients you will be losing due to this attitude.

I have been informed by friends of the extra lengths their insurance companies has gone to, to assist during the last couple of months. An 18% increase is most definitely not in line.

Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore!  These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly.  And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
