Ridiculous King Price insurance

I was a KP customer (KP***). When calling for someone else, the agent (Karabo) noted that my ID has not been properly entered (it was also noted that my plate number was a phone number). Their procedure is to give you a new quotation instead of fixing the problem on their database which increased the premium. I then cancelled my insurance and wrote a message last week on hellopeter. Surprisingly they asked hellopeter to remove my message stating that I was not one of their customer. There is really something wrong with KP!!
