RIDICULOUS INCREASE!
Im extremely dissapointed with King Price. When the president announced lockdown, I converted my cover to a chilli cover as i was working from home and my daughter was not going to creche. I called them today and requested we change the cover from chilli to normal -obviously there is going to be an increase, i understand that -however there was a massive increase. In 2019, I paid around R800 for my car and now you want to increase my car premium to R1300 this is over 30/40% increase. I understand theres annual increases but do you not consider my profile? this looks very personal to me. Can someone urgently call me on *** to correct this

11 Mar 2021, 17:11Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore!
