Ridicules outcome. guy came from upcoming traffic slipway and he bump me and it my faulty

I wish I can able to give u lest than this . It was big frustrating for me with my third party claim . King price insurance client accept his fault. He admitted everything that he was coming upcoming traffic and he came from upcoming slipway and he bump me on front and I hit on his exactly on center but king price saying my claim came negative just bcoz it was my fault. What a ridicules decision I people take and how come my claim came negative . My CLAIM NUMBER WAS CKP*** . I send email on *** but no helpful for me . Just bcoz of them I lost my car . .Check my all incident pic and kingprice report that came negative against me . Legal law for car when someone hit ur car from his rear side.
