Rickus Botha the best!
Had a query with regards to my premiums and Rickus Botha was one of the best I have encountered! Articulate, he listened actively and then explained everything to me in a simple language that was easy for me to understand, no hidden jargon. I made the call to cancel my policy and he offered me a fantastic deal instead; in other words he gave me "royal" service, thank you Rickus! You are recommended!
