I would like to appreciate Richard John Geldenhuys for the most efficient service I have ever received. There was a misunderstanding with my policy which resulted in my claim being rejected, he followed through and kept on keeping me up to speed every step of the way. We really need more people like him in the insurance industry. I had changed my perception about the company until he came and assisted me.
