RESOLVED COMPLAIN (Mrs Malahlela & Mr Baloyi)

I have previously written a bad review here due to my "Personal Experience" with the company. I can confirm that my matter has finally been resolved and the claim paid (Though Not Enough). My biggest worry is that you rely so much on ASSESSORS and once the price exit the insured amount, you opt for "WRITTEN OFF CRITERIA" without listening to Client's PERSPECTIVE. Sometimes you just need the wisdom to listen objectively and if that mean you must do your own internal assessment then let it be. You can't have a vehicle written off due to scratches never and damages that can be easily fixed.
