Repeatedly get put on hold and then the call just

I have been trying to contact someone for two days now after I had a car accident. either I am get put on hold and then the call just cuts out or there is no answer, or best of all I get put through to the wrong department and then put back on hold and the call just cuts.<br> <br> I see Kingprice has no problem taking my premium every month however when I need them, there is no one there to help.<br> <br> I'm changing all my policies back to regent straight after this claim, I would rather pay more and get the service I deserve.
