Repairs taking too long

I have now been without my car for more than 6 weeks after a minor accident. The parts were minor parts, tyre, spoilers, shock, wheel bearing carrier, and some dent and paint work.<br> Authorization for the repairs took over 2 weeks, the car was ready last week, and now I'm waiting for King Price to give authorization to release the car. They don't give feedback whilst you are waiting, I have had to phone continuously to follow up on the claim, and they never get back to you when they say they will.<br> I should have stuck to my previous Insurance company, the only reason I changed is because King Price phoned me insisting they could give better rates and service. Better rates, yes, but the service is shocking....
