Repair on the vehicle that was involved in acciden

my car was involved in an accident on the 05th of April 2015.i registered the claim on the 07th of April 2015.<br> They send my car for assessment at Auto Magic Alberton for a quote a week later then a week later I got a call from the repair centre advising me that they cannot repair my car i should take it with my insurance. I immediately called My Insurance which i am up to date with payment(King Price) and spoke to Ivan who is the Claim Consultant I registered my Claim with from the 07th of April. He promised to come back but still waiting for the response after 3 weeks. He never did, on my busy work schedule I make time to call everyday leaving massages as well, I guess Ivan no longer works for this company .Last week i managed to speak to Bernis who she also promised me the world but i am still in the dark...<br> It is a month with no progress or solution<br> I want the Manager to call me back with the solution since Ivan and Bernis can not assist
