Renier Herbst - Excellent Customer Service
I have received my updated insurance policy for the next year and noticed an item that was incorrect. I've rep**** with an email, requesting the information to be updated. King Price phoned me, instead of just responding to my email.
The Sales Agent (Noble), Renier Herbst, kept on trying to get hold of me (I was in Teams Meetings twice when KP phoned). Renier Herbst not only updated the information I queried, he also managed to lower my new premium
Thank you Renier, you displayed excellent customer service, making sure that you walk the extra mile and by doing that, putting a smile on my face!
