I am very impressed by Michelle Mnisi’s service. I called to cancel my policy and her product & process knowledge was astounding. In her attempt to preserve me as a client, she was very patient and understood my concerns. Without any coercion, she took me through everything ; clearly demonstrating her ability to educate as opposed to impelling. I currently work for a competitor in the insurance industry & have opted to insure with them but I cannot fault Michelle. She provided me with first-class customer service!
