rejection of the claim

I am not insured with king price but their client is paying for 3rd party. my car was involved in an accident with king price client and acknowledged that he was wrong. the worst part is it was oncoming traffic/opposite direction. my car is damaged so badly. they rejected to help me just because I don't have an insurance. they said their client was avoiding killing a pedestrian that's why he collided with us. so according to king price, my fiancé was supposed to die because he is who was driving.
