rejection of claim

I changed my insurence has I was told King price is corrently the best insurence company .The logo say's King is Price that is not true.I had claim for my son's phone that got ****** and know that the contract was on his name the rejected the claim.I did send throw my prevoius schudele throw to them and asked if they can beet the previous insurence ,the information on the previous insurence the phone was on and it was writen its my sons phone and he is not with me but he is staying in Pretoria .they asked for the Imei and serial no if not received the claim will not be paid out .after excepting the qoute is was send throw never once I was ask again who the phones belong to.now that we had a claim it was rejected.I even refured clients to King Price and now that is the way they treat there customer .
