Rejection of cellphone claim

Kingprice insurance rejected my cellphone claim that I lost in October 2020 at a carwash. I have been a loyal client since 2013 for comprehensive car and portable items insurance cover. I took the insurance to minimize the risk of loss or damage to my personal belongings as a result theft or accidental damage but sadly I couldn't recover the lost item. My attempt to object their decision also yielded no fruits as the claim was rejected once again by kingprice. I am not happy client.
