Rejecting claims; No value at all. Stay away!
Worst service ever. After our managing agent (Vhumbanani) got our roof damaged assessed, they sent one of their own. The assessor struggled to find a decent reason to reject our claim. But in the end they reject our claim on something that was not even out of the scope of the policy.
If you have any say on where your complex take out they insurance. Please stay away from King Price!
