Rejected claims

My experience with King Price was terrible. They have rejected my claims for my lounge's wall that had collapsed and my claim for my roof was rejected as well. They then increased the premium and debited more money than they were supposed to. I was very upset with the situation but speaking to Anathi Gobeni really calmed me down. She showed empathy towards me and that is what stood out for me. The only reason I'm rating this service a 5 star is because of Anathi and how she helped me. Other than that, King Price does not give royal service as they claim to give.
