Rejected Claim

It is rather disappointing to be told that my claim was unsuccessful and I was paying the insurance every month I did not do anything that was *******. The towing people can confirm they were there when the police pass through . Insurance further expressed to the effect that I did not provide truthful or not enough information. In the presence of their claim report, they did not furnish me or highlighted the information I allege is not truthful.

What hurtful more is that they were busy asking me questions while I was telling them I am burying my father because he died a week after the accident, my father passed away because of the shock he got after he received the news that I was involved in an accident. Really during this time the insurance shouldn’t have expected me to give the full explanation I was going through a lot.
