Rejected Claim

I have insurance with King Price. Approximately 3 weeks ago i was in an accident where a pedestrian was involved.<br> <br> We got a case number from the police as the police and the metro police were at the scene.<br> <br> We contacted King Price and they said that the damage will be assessed, so they towed the car to a selected panel beater for the assessment.<br> <br> <br> I also have car hire on my policy which has cost me R 1200 excess.<br> <br> After the 3 weeks King Price contacted me and told me that the car hire car needs to go back immediately and that my claim has been rejected because i have not gone for the inspection on the car and that i have to fix the damage myself.<br> <br> How can King Price take my money each month knowing that if i get into an accident that i will not be covered.<br> <br> Another problem i have is that King Price did not remind me about this inspection, but was still taking my payment every month.
