Rejected car claim by King Price insurance

King Price rejected my claim cause my daughter was involved in a car accident and I told her to phone the insurance cause I knew she was covered. I later enquired about the claim the consultant told me my car was written off and will receive a retail price money but today an investigator from the company sent an email to my daughter rejecting the claim onthe bases that she was not registered as a regular driver. Why gives me high hopes when they even changed my contract without telling me last year July
