I was referred to KP by my sister and friends, they gave amazing reviews, so I joined. Their communication was on point.......until I had my accident. Today alone I have been on the phone from 8am, the time is now 10:51 and I'm still waiting to talk to someone. I am sooooo disappointed with how my claim has been handled, from the agent handling my claim to their overall communication.......I regret joining KP
