Refusing to update information with the Credit Bureaus

My Insurance policy was moved over to my husband's name in January and is showing as an expense on his credit report, However It is still showing as an expense on my credit profile which is creating problems as its not an expense of mine each month and is showing me as being over indebted. I emailed *** to ask that the change please reflect on my ITC report and was sent back a letter to confirm this, and also an email to say that I would need to notify the credit bureaus of the change. I do not agree with this at all. Its not up to me to raise a dispute with the bureau against King Price. It is up to King Price to notify the bureaus. This is no longer a monthly commitment of mine. You cannot list it as an expense on both mine and my husband's name. Please rectify this. I am not happy with the lack of response from King Price.

This is not a debt of mine and I do not pay this premium as stated before in a previous email. The credit bureau has never been made aware of the change.

Please would you be so kind as to update the ITC accordingly so that this policy is no longer showing on my name (Elizabeth Schlechter) as a monthly expense of mine.

Please may I have feedback on this as soon as possible.
