Refusing to cancel

If I could rate them 0 I honestly would. I’ve been trying to cancel my policy, I stated that I’m out of the country and I can’t speak on the phone. It’s really frustrating to have to beg a company to cancel a service you’re no longer interested in. I want this policy cancelled and confirmation to be sent. It’s such mediocre service from KP honestly!!!
