Refusing assessment at RMI worlshop

I currently have a claim with King Price for a flood related incident on my vehicle which has caused severe damage to my engine. My vehicle is at an RMI approved workshop stripped to assess damages. King price want me to pay labour fees to the workshop to reassemble the engine so they can tow it to someone else to restrip and assess instead of sending an assessor to the workshop. They keep claiming I need to pay release fees for the vehicle. The claim agent does not seem to understand the nature of the damages and refuses to call me.
