Refuses to tow

Yesterday I had a car problem and as it was a place that didn't have network and it was late I find a way to take the day back at my own expense. This morning I phone the insurance to tow my car to Bloemfontein as it's where it can be fixed. I'm based in the Free State and I see grades there yesterday but now King Price wants to tow my car to Aliwal North and in Aliwal North there's no place approved by the car company. When I ask the insurance why are they taking the car where it won't be able to be fixed, they are telling me stories. If i knew King Price was such as insurance company that exploits its customers I wouldn't have taken an insurance with them. They insist I pay for the extra kilos of its taken to Bloemfontein. When I took the insurance they didn't saying anything about have hidden clauses with shortfalls. I have never heard of this, I'm not even heard in the Eastern Cape. Why would they take the car so far? I spoke to two guys and a lady, the other guy is Tinyiko or something. I was told my cover its comprehensive and I won't encounter any problems yet here we are. Stranded and King Price is refusing to take responsibility and I've paid many thousands of rands without default now the first time I have a problem they are refusing to take responsibility and what I've been paying for! Worse part I'm suppose to be at work today and they are compromising me in many ways.
