Insurance refusing to cancel policy after insisting on cancellation, consultant kept arguing with me about which insurer did I go with, I told him I just want to cancel and I won't disclose the offer I got. He refuses to help with cancelling, it just sounds for shady, I cancelled the previous month and they still debited my account, not I am insisting on a confirmation of cancellation, they refusing. I don't understand this company.
