Refuse to pay claims
King Price is the worst insurance company in South Africa. Every claim I have put in (2) is always wear and tear and old and refused to pay anything they are very quick to send sms to change payment dates but very quick to refuse to pay out claims. My fence wall is busy collapsing due to wind and rain and was told it is the age of the wall
