Refusal to pay a claim

I am very disappointed with King price insurance, i have a warranty policy with them which is covering an engine. And they have just refused to pay for a cambelt stating that even if there was noise coming from the engine which was caused by the cambelt, they can't pay coz my car was also due for routine service and yesterday they actually told me that my claim is going to be rejected coz i have decided to pay, and make a claim after. They wanted a reason for that and I told them I needed the car coz i don't have any means of transportation. Then today they are giving me a different story. That's how they operate and I have never made a claim with them, this is my first experience after being with them for years. It's time for me and my family and friends to look somewhere else.
