Refusal to cancel my cover.
After just 4 months, King Price is increasing my premium but an insane amount. I’ve been struggling to reach their retentions department for 3 days coz they’re “busy”. It smells like clear feet dragging in the hopes to catch my next premium. There’s nothing royal about this service.
