Refusal of car hire extension - Panel beater extended estimated date of completion

I had an accident in April and car went in for repairs with Auto-Magic Gezina on the 19th of May 2025. Auto Magic has extended their estimated completion date to 20 June 2025 while the car hire expires 18 June 2025. I requested for car hire extension and the response i got from Veronique Naude was "Unfortunately, car hire is only available for 30days. Should you wish to make continue use of the rental, it will unfortunately be at your own cost and would need to be arranged with the rental company". How is it my problem when panel beaters dont complete on time . Why am i punished for that? So i need to spend on car hire for something i dont have control over. This is unfair.
