REFUND still hasnt been paid

I cancelled my policy on the 25th February 2015, I was supppose to get my refund after 10 working days.<br> 16 working days later still havent received my money.<br> I call on monday 16 March 2015 and they couldnt put me through to someone who was suppose to assist.they promised that someone will call back, no one did.<br> 18 March I sent an email, no response.<br> 19 March i called again, they told me system is offline.<br> King price will you ever refund me?
