Refund request still not processed

On the evening of the 24th of March 2015 I took up car insurance with King Price with an agent by the name of Makuke Sekgala, upon deciding that I will not be needing their insurance any longer I emailed him on the 25th of March on [Email Removed] to cancel the policy, when I didn't receive a response I then contacted them on the 26th of March 2015 in the afternoon and spoke to an agent by the name of Lebo who assured me that the policy had been cancelled and that I wouldn't be charged for their premium or admin fee. On the morning of the 07th of May 2015 King Price debited their premium and admin fee of R962.00, I have been in numerous phone calls to their financial manager Magdelene Grobler who have promised to refund the amount back nothing has been received. They have promised to refund the amount on the 18th of May 2015 and on the 27th of May 2015 I still haven't received the amount. I'm a very dissatisfied client due to the terrible service I received from King Price and I am now taking this matter to the Consumer Council.<br>
