Refund not done as promised
I was in an accident in 2017 September..paid an excess amount of R5500... the insurance claimed money from the other party and he only paid R3500...the consultant promised that I will be refunded R350p..to this day I have never been refunded . ********** 121088..I am unhappy on this ...this is poor service
