Refund and not helpfull consultants

<p>I got a quote over the phone and did not confirm if I will take out the cover with them, a month later KPI debited my account for my car insurance without my permission and how do you do that without all the car that is covered with all the details for the fcar, So I had to call KPI informing them about this, was told that will get a refund after a week, it has been a week and no one from either retentions or refunds (not that I care) has bothered to contact me, I am the one that is doing the follow up, was told the money will reflect on Friday the 12th May NOTHING, phoned again on Saturday and I was told to my ear there is NOTHING they can do on their side even to folow up with te bank, so I have been inconvenienced hectic, this is *****, you go into my account ***** my money and take a lifetime to refund me, your service is appauling.</p>
