<p> Policy Number: KP ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Hi - i cancelled my policy with immidiate effect with King Price due to affordability.</p> <p>As stated in your policy schedule:</p> <p>‘If you want to leave us Let’s hope that you never need to make use of this section, but just in case:</p> <p>• You may cancel your policy at any time and with immediate effect. If you do, we’ll refund the relevant portion of your premium, less any administrative cost, provided that no valid claim has been submitted for that period.’</p> <p> </p> <p>To date i havent received my refund - why is it?</p>
