Refreshing Insurance Call Experience - King Price Insurance

Got a call from Caroline at King Price Insurance earlier this morning and it was honestly one of the easiest calls I've ever recieved from an insurance company. Her telephone ettiquette and persona projected during the call was something one could relate to. The service delivered was not at all pushy or badgering. I think that if there were more people like her working for insurance companies then the experience had when contacting your insurer would be less daunting and annoying.
