Recovery claim

I had a vehicle accident claim in April and although everything didn't go as well as I expected I accepted that and moved on. Now the insurance is claiming against the guy that hit my car but they are doing it at a snail's pace, with no voluntary feedback on their side. I am the one that always has to run after them and ask what is going on, even then, I receive one word responses, which tells me that King Price staff does not care about their clients. I have even went as far as enquiring for the third party insurance and giving King Price's Thabile Dlepu the update, but nothing is forthcoming from King Prices side. I am glad I have cancelled my policy with them , this is another lost opportunity for them to prove to me that I made a mistake in cancelling the policy , but they are vindicating my actions with their shoddy customer service. As for Thabile , I don't even have words to describe the service he provides, shocking is an understatement. I want my excess back and if that is not possible, at the very least they can have the decency to tell me that they have failed in recovering it from the third party's insurance. It's really not rocket science!!!
