Received very bad service from Kingprize
Received very bad service from Kingprize. Still waiting after 3 attempts for William the Claims Commander to phone me back. It's extremely bad service from Kingprize. Waiting for approval on my claim. I'm not happy at all.. it's not even a big claim so I don't know what the delay is.. They will tell you they will phone you back but are still waiting.
