Received really amazing service this morning from Omphile Motlhoioa. I initially called to find out when my last day of cover would be as I was considering canceling my policy and moving to another insurer who offered me a cheaper quote, however Omphile told me he would see what he can do for me to get me to stay - and he sure did! He managed to offer me a reduced premium, and advise me that I no longer needed credit shortfall. Thanks, Omphile.
