Received fantastic service from Celine Kleynhans! After speaking to several people (including Siya who was the initial person to answer and Molebo (hope I’ve spelt that correctly)) who weren’t very helpful, some even hung up on us and elected not to return our calls, we ended up with Celine who was eager to assist us with our claim and ensure all was resolved by the time we hang up. All the other reps can learn a lot from her excellent customer service.
