SMS After Cancelling Policy
<p>I cancelled by policy earlier this month. Then received the following SMS this morning: "As per our chat, we are afraid that the king can no longer insure you. Your last day of cover is 2017-08-31" Take Care King Price. The SMS makes it sounds like I did something wrong or do not qualify for insurance which is unsettling. There was also no chat, they are lying.</p>
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide. We are really sorry our sms made you feel that way, Marelda from our retentions department has been in contact with you to discuss your concerns.
